The short version

This is my personal website. Watch, read, sign up, buy something when the shop opens. Don't abuse the forms, don't pretend to be me, and don't strip the site for parts. Everything below is that, with the details filled in.

Using this site

braedendays.com is operated by Braeden Days from the United States. By using it you agree to these terms; if you don't agree, don't use the site. There are no accounts here and nothing to register for, so "using the site" means exactly what it sounds like: visiting pages, following links, and choosing to send something through a form.

Use the site lawfully and like a person. A bot check screens the forms; don't script them, flood them, or probe the site for weaknesses. If you find a security hole or issue, please email me immediately so that I may address it.

My content

The videos, images, words, and the Braeden Days name and helmet mark on this site are mine (or licensed to me). They're here for you to watch and read, not to rehost, resell, scrape in bulk, or bolt onto your own project. Personal sharing with credit is always fine, and so is anything that counts as fair use. Brand names and logos of the gear and partners shown belong to their owners; showing them here doesn't make me their spokesperson or them mine.

The shop

When the shop is open, checkout runs on a dedicated commerce platform, and each order is between you and me under the product, pricing, shipping, and returns details shown at the time you buy. Those specifics live at checkout, where you can read them before paying, instead of buried here.

What you send me

What you submit through the forms stays yours. Sending it gives me permission to read it, reply to it, and, for the crew application, evaluate it, which is the entire reason you sent it. Don't send me confidential material or other people's ideas as your own; a pitch you'd be unhappy seeing in a video someday is a pitch you shouldn't submit, since coincidences happen in a business built on ideas.

Social platforms and follower counts

The site links out to my profiles on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms; what you do there is governed by their terms, not these. The follower numbers shown on this site are fetched from those platforms' official APIs for my own accounts only, refreshed on a schedule, and displayed as-is; they can lag or round, and no platform endorses this site by having its number shown here.

The as-is part

The site is provided as-is and as-available. I work to keep it fast, accurate, and online, but I can't promise it will always be any of those, and I'm not liable for damages that come from using or not being able to use it, beyond what the law says can't be disclaimed. Where a purchase is involved, my responsibility is capped at what you paid for the order in question.

Nothing here is professional advice of any kind; it's a creator's website about videos, gear, and merch.

Changes

If these terms change in substance, this page changes and the date at the top moves, the same promise the privacy policy makes. Using the site after a change means the current version applies.
